I have spyware on my pc, how can I remove them?

I am living at a hostel and they have and old antivirus, from the year 2005. Can I remove spyware from another computer. Or is there any other program to remove spyware and viruses that doesn麓t need to install that happend to be for free, like panda antivirus.

Well Spybot, Ad-Aware and AVG are all free, but you need to install all of them. There are however a few websites that do free online scans, yahoo or even google for "free online virus scan" or check out

To remove the spyware/trojan/virus run steps 1-2-3

1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.c... do that now .Update it (Latest updates 28-3-2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
