I have run PC Security Test and would like to improve the anti-hacking score, any ideas?

I already have windows vista defender, firewall, spybot, ad-aware, AVG antivirus, and the free version of Norton...

Wow, worried? I think you're fine, but I hate Norton. But yeah, you have everything I would have. I also use registry mechanic. It works really well in finding very obscure discrepancies in your registry. Much better at its job than virus software programs.
